Bob Trenchard has over 45 years experience representing oilfield workers. He has successfully prosecuted over 100 wrongful death cases with most of the deaths occurring in oilfield accidents. He was the Co-Chairman of the Mining and Oilfield Accident and Products Litigation Group of the American Trial Lawyers Association (now AAJ) for six years. Bob has probably handled more cases involving oilfield accidents than any other lawyer alive today.
Royce Hoskins’ father and uncle both started out as roughnecks when teenagers and worked their way up to consultants supervising drilling projects in the major U.S. oilfields, the Gulf of Mexico, the North Sea and the Middle East. Royce’s father, Jerry Hoskins, drilled the deepest well in the Gulf of Mexico at the time in the 1980s. Royce worked as a roughneck during the summer while attending school.
Trenchard and Hoskins have the experience to handle oilfield cases and a proven record. They do not advertise but instead are hired based on their reputation, with most cases being referrals from other lawyers or former clients.
